    $55 each night. Small to medium dogs only. Must get along with other dogs, be crate-trained, and up-to-date on vaccines. Monday through Friday drop-off and pick-up times are flexible from 7AM to 6PM Saturday/Sunday between 7AM to 10AM and again from 4PM to 6PM.

    House checks are $24. We will inspect the exterior and interior of the home to identify any unusual items. We alternate blinds, turn lights on/off, take out trash, retrieve mail, and water any plants. 30 minutes. Overnight $55 from 9PM until 7AM.

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. It is acceptable to leave a cash tip for the sitter or to include it with your online payment. Sitters receive 100% of the tip amount.

We prefer to send the same sitter for all visits and to have the same sitter return for each future assignment. If the sitter is unavailable, we will assign another team member. Each sitter is required to do a meet & greet before the scheduled visits.

No. Our fee is charged per visit, not per pet. Standard visits last 30 minutes. However, if there are many pets to care for, it might be necessary to extend the visit to an hour or more to ensure sufficient care.

Yes. We are both insured and bonded.

Yes, if walks are requested, they are part of the scheduled visit.

Yes. Our client portal is the preferred method for requesting service. Downloading the free app (Time To Pet) ensures you receive all notifications and pet sitter messages promptly.

A minimum of 48 hours is preferred, but we strive to accommodate all requests as best as possible. An emergency scheduling fee applies to any requests made within 24 hours.

Yes. We always schedule a meet-and-greet before any sits so we can be fully informed regarding the needs of your pet(s).
