We offer house-sitting services—no pets required!
House checks are $24 each visit. Our sitter will walk around both the outside and inside of your home to look for anything unusual. They will also alternate blinds, turn lights on or off, take out the trash, bring in the mail, and water any plants. Each visit lasts 30 minutes. Overnight house sitting costs $55 per night. Our sitter will arrive around 9:00 PM and stay until 7:00 AM.
Holiday Fees
We charge an extra $5 for each visit and $10 for overnight stays on holidays.
These holidays are New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
